What is the user data deletion process?
Why are my prompts sometimes restricted saying it is illegal?
Due to sick perverts abusing the platform generating illegal content, there are highly sensitive filters for illegal content. If you have good intentions but somehow getting flagged, please try to re-word the prompt as best you can. Simply avoid all age references, such as an age number or description of age. We are unable to turn down the sensitivity of the filters.
I am not trying to generate illegal content and have good intentions, what will you do with my prompts that were flagged?
We 100% understand that the filters can have false positives and use other signals and behavior patterns to gauge the situation. Generally those people attempting to generate illegal content already know they are breaking the law and wouldn't even read this FAQ. If you have good intentions and do not repeatedly attempt to circumvent the filters, there is no reason to worry and you activity logs will not be stored post analysis.
Why is it saying the image I uploaded has children when it clearly does not?
AI can make mistakes and the models we use are hosted remotely and cannot be controlled. Unfortunately you would just have to pick a different image to use.
I tried uploading an image and it is stuck in loading, what is wrong?
Check your image size, the max is 4MB to prevent abuse.
HELP! I purchased and did not see updated credit balance!
Did you use the same email address (case sensitive) that was used to log into the website for payment? It should have been pre-filled for you on the payment page. You must use the same exact email because this is how you are identified on the website. Please email help@republiclabs.ai to allocate the credits correctly.
Why is NSFW not permitted to be public?
This is because the payment processor Stripe forbids any NSFW content. However you own the content and please feel free to do as you wish on other platforms!
Do I own the images that are generated on this website?
All images are generated by open source community models and you own all rights to your content without any restrictions.
Why does content generation sometime take a long time?
Each content generation requires GPUs to be scheduled and used. Depending on how many people are actively using our vendors, sometimes there may be slowdowns.
How do I create good prompts?
All models are built on foundational LLM models using various diffusion methods and therefore prompts will follow similar patterns. Please check out

Can I get a refund?
Sorry, all purchases are final and non-refundable, however your credits never expire and will remain in your account.
How do I cancel a subscription?

How do I change my username?
Can I log in with just an email and not use Google/Facebook/Twitch/Discord?
Sorry, you can't. The reason that one of those accounts are required is to prevent malicious users from abusing the platform. We rely on big tech companies to filter out bogus email addresses.
