Did you use the same email address that was used to log into the website for payment? It should have been pre-filled for you on the payment page. You must use the same exact email because this is how you are identified on the website. Please email support@santafecap.com to allocate the credits correctly.

This is because the payment processor Stripe forbids any NSFW content. Unforunately, any business that isn't transacting in high volumes of credit card payments would be unable to use their own credit card processor and therefore must adbide by rules set by companies like Stripe. If you know of any payment processors like Stripe but is ok with NSFW content, please do let me know!

All images are generated by open source community models and therefore all images are in the public domain free for any commercial or personal use.

Each content generation requires GPUs to be scheduled and used. Depending on how many people are actively using our vendors, sometimes there may be slowdowns.

All models are built on foundational LLM models using various diffusion methods and therefore prompts will follow similar patterns. Please check out Microsoft Image Prompt 101 to start learning.
