Listing terms

What a listing includes

• $50 per listing per year, paid through Whop. It renews yearly at $50 until you cancel in your Whop account.
• A tool detail page, inclusion in search, and a place in your category’s “Submitted tools” section (newest first).
• Paid listings are labeled “Submitted” and their outbound links are marked sponsored/nofollow. Paying never buys editorial rank, featured placement, or a numbered spot on a “Best of” list.
• Your listing goes live automatically once Whop confirms the payment. Pay with the same email you used on the submission form so we can match it.
• Unpaid submissions are deleted after 7 days.
• Payment receipts and renewal notices come from Whop, by email. We don’t send automated emails; if you need help, email rankreactor@mail.grokbot.com and we’ll reply personally.

Sponsored placement (optional extra)

• Sponsored placement is a separate, optional Whop purchase ($29.99 per month to show your listing at the top). It shows your tool in a box labeled “Sponsored” above the editorial ranking of its category, with a disclosure. Several sponsored tools in one category are shown in the order their sponsorship started.
• You choose which tool to sponsor. Start at /sponsor: pick a tool you already submitted (with its submission ID and the email you used) or submit a new tool, then pay through the Whop link we give you for that tool. Each link is for one tool, works once, and expires after 7 days. You must choose the tool before paying. We never apply a sponsored payment to a tool you didn’t choose: if we can’t tell which tool a payment is for (for example you paid without the link from /sponsor, the link expired or was already used), the payment is refunded in full automatically and nothing is published.
• Sponsored placement is advertising, not an editorial ranking. Sponsored tools never get a rank number and never move or replace editorially ranked tools. Their links are marked sponsored/nofollow.
• A sponsored tool must also be a published listing. Sponsoring a new or pending submission publishes the listing for the sponsored term.
• Sponsored placement lasts for the term you paid for and renews with its subscription. It ends when the term runs out or the subscription is canceled or past due, when the payment is refunded or disputed, or when the listing itself is unpublished. If our editors add your tool to the editorial ranking on merit, it leaves the Sponsored box and appears as an editorial tool (your subscriptions keep running unless you cancel them).

Refunds

Listings are $50 per year and renew yearly at $50. If your listing hasn't been published, you can get a full refund within 7 days of payment. Listings removed for breaking our content rules aren't refunded.

• To ask for a refund within the 7-day window, email rankreactor@mail.grokbot.com with the email you paid with.
• When a payment is refunded or disputed, the listing is unpublished (and any sponsored placement is removed) and isn’t republished automatically. A refunded sponsored payment removes only the sponsorship if the listing itself was paid separately.

Duplicate submissions

• Each combination of your email and a tool URL can be used for one listing, once. We compare emails without regard to case, and URLs without “https://”, “www.” or a trailing slash.
• This includes listings that are pending, published, sponsored, expired or refunded: a refunded listing still counts, so the same email can’t resubmit the same tool.
• A duplicate is rejected on the submission form (“You’ve already submitted this tool”). If a duplicate is paid for anyway, it is never published and the payment is refunded in full automatically.

Renewals, lapses and cancellation

If a renewal payment fails, your subscription goes past due, or you cancel and the paid year ends, your listing is unpublished (after a 3-day grace period once the paid year is over). We keep your details, and paying again brings it back. You can cancel any time from your Whop account. Listings whose paid year has ended expire after a 3-day grace period.

Content rules

• The tool must be a real, working AI product reachable at its own https:// domain (no link shorteners, IP addresses or redirects to other products).
• No adult content, gambling, crypto schemes, malware, deceptive or illegal products, or tools for harassment or impersonation.
• Your text must be accurate. Don’t claim rankings, awards, ratings or numbers you can’t back up on your own site.
• One listing per tool per category.
• We may edit listings for clarity, and we may remove listings that break these rules at any time, without a refund.
